UK Public Sector Buyers Can Now Procure Wiz Through Lots 1 and 3

At a Glance

  • Wiz Digital has been accepted onto the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Digital Outcomes and Specialists 7 (DOS 7) framework under Lot 1: Digital Outcomes and Lot 3: Digital Specialists.

  • DOS 7 (RM1043.9) is the UK's primary route for public sector organisations to procure agile digital, data, and technology services.

  • Our appointment means government departments, NHS bodies, local authorities, blue-light services, education providers, and charities can engage Wiz directly through a pre-competed, compliant procurement route.

Why This Matters

Every UK public sector organisation running a digital programme faces the same constraint: how to move fast without compromising governance. DOS 7 exists to solve that problem. It gives buyers a pre-vetted supplier list, standardised terms, and a compliant route to market under the Procurement Act 2023.

Wiz Digital is now on that list.

Our acceptance onto Lots 1 and 3 opens a direct procurement channel between Wiz and the full spectrum of UK public sector bodies. Central government, devolved administrations, the NHS, local councils, police forces, fire services, universities, and registered charities can all call on our teams through this framework.

What DOS 7 Covers

DOS 7 consolidates two earlier frameworks — Digital Outcomes 6 (RM1043.8) and Digital Specialists and Programmes (RM6263) — into a single agreement. It runs for six years from January 2026, reopening every 18 months to admit new suppliers.

The framework supports delivery across every phase of the Government Service Manual lifecycle: discovery, alpha, beta, live, and retirement.

Lot 1 — Digital Outcomes is for outcome-based digital projects delivered using agile methods and government digital standards. Buyers define the problem; the supplier delivers a working solution against agreed milestones. This maps directly to how we run project delivery and custom pod engagements — fixed outcomes, stage-gate sign-offs, zero surprise overruns.

Lot 3 — Digital Specialists is for individual roles within the Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) framework. Buyers procure specific skills to augment existing teams on defined projects or transformation programmes. This is our embedded teams model: experts who operate inside your toolchain, transfer knowledge, and build internal capability as they go.

What We Bring to Public Sector Buyers

Wiz is an Irish research and engineering company headquartered at the MTU Rubicon Centre in Cork. We hold ISO 27001 certification, Cyber Essentials accreditation, and map our controls to NIST CSF and OWASP. We are partnered with every leading provider, including Microsoft, IBM, AWS, Red Hat, Databricks, and Salesforce.

Our work spans data engineering, AI and machine learning, cloud infrastructure, modernisation, managed services, and advisory. For public sector buyers, three capabilities stand out:

Data unification at scale. We consolidated 10 TB of financial data from 150+ firms into Microsoft Fabric OneLake — live dashboards, single compliance ledger, month-end closed nine days faster.

Master data management. We deployed Semarchy xDM on Azure, bringing 85,000 product SKUs under one governed record. Data-fix backlogs dropped 60%.

AI-powered document intelligence. SennAI, our own platform, tags, indexes, and enables natural-language search across policy documents, SOPs, and audit evidence — built for organisations where finding the right file matters more than filing it.

We won the Smart Technology Innovation award at the Tech Industry Alliance Leaders Awards 2025, recognised alongside leading companies. That award reflects a way of working: calm engineering, complex problems solved without chaos.

How to Engage Us Through DOS 7

Public sector buyers can find Wiz Digital on the CCS supplier list for DOS 7 Lots 1 and 3. The procurement route follows CCS further competition procedures — buyers publish requirements, evaluate responses, and award call-off contracts under the framework terms.

If you are scoping a digital outcomes project or need specialist data, AI, or cloud skills embedded in your team, we are ready to talk.
