Wiz Digital Services developed a robust process using the Companies House API integrated into Semarchy xDM. This accelerator allowed users to search for companies by name or postal code, retrieve details from search results, and enrich business records seamlessly within the platform.

• Built a Business Partner Company entity in Semarchy xDM, referencing a Country entity for data enrichment.

• Created a Java plug-in to enable API calls for search functionality, with results displayed directly in the user interface.

• Developed a REST client to retrieve company details using company numbers from Companies House API.

• Designed an intuitive user interface for searching and selecting company records, with optional caching for performance optimisation.

• Enabled automatic triggering of enrichers via “On Data Change” settings to update records dynamically.
